Running updates

Nothing new... I am able to run 6 miles against strong wind, carrying water / jackets, and keep talking to my friend, without much effort. Of course, I did not run fast, only 11 to 12 minutes mile. I am also doing cross-exercises on the weekday - rowing for 30 minutes, upper body weight training, and run 3 miles as fast as possible. I hope the training help me to cut my per mile time to 7 minutes 45 sec per miles by October.

One of my friend suggested me to do triathlon. Well, if I know how to swim, I might think about it :) I am planning to learn swimming. Let see if I could make up my mind to take the lessons in the coming week.
